Ron has lived in the Castro for many years and has seen it go through lots of changes.
He's also had the foresight to record much of what he's seen in the form of a book,
titled '94114,' the infamous zip-code of our neighborhood. I've often felt that there's a
need for modern-day storytellers. Perhaps the medium of the Web allows us to become
"cyber-scribes," creating the hypertext version of ancient papyrus scrolls.
